Tl;dr: It boils down to Theodore Roosevelt’s “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”

Do What You Can Principle #1: Plans are great, but you don’t need a perfect plan to start taking action. Take a first step based on what you do know, and plans will emerge as you act.
